A Teenager's Reflection (17 till I die) 😁😁😁

A Teenager's Reflection (17 till I die) 😁😁😁

I still don't fully understand why this song affects me so much. I was too young to have experienced great love, yet every note feels strangely familiar, as if it is reminding me of a memory I haven't lived yet. The voice, the melody, the longing hidden between the words, all of it creates a world where emotions are bigger than reality.

As I listen through my headphones, the ordinary world around me fades away. The classroom noise disappears. The unfinished homework can wait. Even the future, which everyone keeps asking me to think about, seems distant for a few minutes.

The song makes me believe that somewhere ahead of me there is a story waiting to happen.

I imagine long bus rides with rain on the windows. I imagine walking alone under evening skies, thinking about someone special whose face I cannot yet see. I imagine the excitement of first love, the fear of losing it, and the bittersweet feeling of missing someone before they have even entered my life.

There is something magical about A.R. Rahman's music and SPB's voice. They make sadness feel beautiful instead of painful. The song doesn't make me cry, but it makes me want to sit quietly and think.

Think about who I am. Think about who I will become. Think about whether the dreams in my heart are too big or just big enough.

As a teenager, I don't have the words to describe these feelings, so I let the music speak for me. Every refrain feels like a secret conversation between my heart and the future.

Years later, life will become busy. There will be responsibilities, deadlines, careers, mortgages, family, and countless things competing for my attention. But whenever this song returns, it will carry me back to those simpler days when my biggest asset was hope.

Hope that life would be meaningful. Hope that love would find me. Hope that every dream, no matter how distant, was still possible. And perhaps that is why this song never grows old. It is not just music. It is a time machine.

For a few minutes, I am not an adult carrying responsibilities. I am that teenager again, standing at the edge of life, looking at the horizon, believing that the best chapters are still waiting to be written.

 Luther's speech !

Hello, brother. If you're listening to this, the world is still here and so are you. For the record, I never had a moment of doubt. I knew you'd find a way. You always do. I hope, in time, you can see this life is not some quirk of fate. This was your calling. Your destiny. A destiny that touches every living thing. Like it or not, we are masters of our fate. Nothing is written. And our cause, however righteous, pales in comparison to the impact of our effect. Any hope for a better future comes from willing that future into being. A future reflecting the measure of good within ourselves. And all that is good inside us....is measured by the good we do for others. We all share the same fate -- the same future. The sum of our infinite choices. One such future is built on kindness, trust, and mutual understanding, should we choose to accept it. Driving without question towards a light we cannot see. Not just for those we hold close......but for those we'll never meet. I hope you know I'll always love you, brother. And I will see you again, though I hope it's not too soon. The world still needs you. Of course, they'll never know it, but we do. We, who live and die in the shadows. This message will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck, Ethan.
